1. Who we are and what this Policy covers
Nuzen Agrigenetics Private Limited (CIN U46101RJ2024PTC097694), whose registered office is at B-2/425, 3rd Floor, Chitrakoot Scheme, Roshan Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302021, India, operates www.nukrishi.com under the brand "Nukrishi" ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). We decide why and how the personal data described in this Policy is used. That makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it, and a "body corporate" under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
This Policy applies to personal data we collect through the Website and when you contact us by phone, email, messaging apps or social media. It does not cover third-party websites that the Website links to. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not give us your personal data or use the Website.
2. Personal data we collect
Data you give us
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, business name, address, village or town, district, state and PIN code.
- Enquiry details: your messages, feedback and records of our communications with you, and any farming details you choose to share, such as crops grown, land size and product interest.
- Photographs, videos or testimonials, if you choose to give them to us.
KYC documents and details of business buyers
To open a trade account with us, business buyers (including dealers and distributors) give us the following. We collect them only for the purposes in clause 3.

Aadhaar cards: Please give us a masked copy showing only the last four digits. You can download one from the UIDAI website. We use it only to verify your identity and address. We do not use it to authenticate you through Aadhaar, and we never publish or display it.
If you give us the personal data of partners, directors or other individuals, you confirm that they know about it and that you are allowed to share it with us.
Data collected automatically when you visit the Website
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, browser and operating system.
- Pages viewed, date and time of visit, the page that referred you and how you use the Website.
- Cookies and similar identifiers (see clause 6).
Data from other sources
- Enquiries passed to us by our dealers and distributors.
- Messages you send us through social media platforms.
- Publicly available business information.
Sensitive data
Apart from the KYC documents described above, we do not ask for sensitive personal data such as passwords, bank account, card or UPI details, health information or biometric data. Please do not send them to us.
3. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
- 3.1reply to your enquiries and give you product information, quotations and support;
- 3.2onboard business buyers: verify the identity, legal status and authority to sign of the business and its proprietor, partners or directors, and open and maintain the trade account;
- 3.3process orders, invoicing and delivery, and handle after-sales queries, replacements and complaints, directly or through our dealers;
- 3.4connect you with a nearby authorised dealer or distributor;
- 3.5send you product information, offers, farming tips and event invitations, only if you have agreed and until you opt out;
- 3.6understand how the Website is used and improve it, our products and our services;
- 3.7keep the Website secure and detect and prevent fraud and misuse, including by checking KYC details;
- 3.8meet our legal obligations, such as GST, tax, accounting and regulatory record-keeping, and respond to lawful requests from authorities; and
- 3.9establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We process your personal data for these purposes with your consent, or without it only where the law allows, for example to comply with the law or to defend a legal claim. We will not use your data for a materially different purpose without asking you again.
4. Consent
Where a purpose needs your consent, we ask for it in clear terms and through a clear action, such as ticking a box or submitting a form after reading this Policy. Consent must be free, specific and informed, and you may decline. Consent for marketing messages is separate from consent for handling your enquiry or order.
If you give us personal data voluntarily for a specific purpose, for example by calling us to ask for a quotation, and you have not told us that you object, we may use it for that purpose.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to customer@nukrishi.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect what we did with your data before you withdrew, and we may no longer be able to provide the service that needed it. After withdrawal we will stop processing your data for that purpose and erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by writing to us.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed, and only with:
- 5.1service providers who work for us under contract, such as website hosting, IT and analytics, email and messaging, logistics, accounting and payment providers, and professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors. They may use your data only on our instructions and must keep it secure;
- 5.2our authorised dealers and distributors, to answer your enquiry, fulfil your order or put you in touch with a dealer near you;
- 5.3government bodies, regulators, courts and law-enforcement agencies, where the law or a court order requires it, or where needed to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety;
- 5.4a buyer or successor, if we merge, are acquired or restructure, or sell part of our business. They must continue to honour this Policy; and
- 5.5anyone else, with your consent.
We do not share KYC documents with other dealers or distributors, and we do not use them for marketing. We give them only to the service providers and professional advisers listed above who need them to work for us, and to authorities where the law requires.
6. Cookies and embedded content
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. The Website may use:
- essential cookies, which make the Website work and keep it secure; and
- analytics cookies and tools, which help us understand how many people visit the Website, which pages they view and how they reach us.
The Website embeds YouTube videos and links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages. If you play an embedded video or follow a link, that provider may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may then not work properly. Where the law requires, we will use non-essential cookies only with your consent. When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
7. Retention and erasure
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in clause 3 or as the law requires. Our usual periods are below. We may keep data longer where the law requires it or where a legal claim or investigation is pending.

When the retention period ends, or when you withdraw consent and we have no legal reason to keep your data, we erase it or make it anonymous. You can also ask us to erase your data under clause 10.
8. Security safeguards
We use reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Website, access controls that limit your data to staff who need it, secure storage, and confidentiality obligations on our staff and service providers. We limit access to KYC documents to the staff who need them for onboarding, accounts or compliance.
No system is completely secure. Please protect your own devices and accounts, and contact us at once if you think your interaction with us has been compromised.
9. Data breaches
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act and its rules require, and report the incident to CERT-In where the law requires. Our notice will explain what happened, its likely consequences, what we have done about it, what you can do to protect yourself, and whom to contact.
10. Your rights
As a person whose personal data we handle, you have the right to:
- 10.1access a summary of the personal data we process about you, what we do with it, and the other companies we have shared it with;
- 10.2have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
- 10.3ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- 10.4withdraw your consent at any time (clause 4);
- 10.5have your grievance heard and resolved (clause 14); and
- 10.6nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
To use any of these rights, email customer@nukrishi.com or write to our Grievance Officer at our registered office. Give your name, your contact details and what you are asking for. We may ask for proof of identity so that your data is not given to the wrong person. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests and aim to respond within one month. If the law allows us to refuse a request, we will tell you why.
11. Children's data
The Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 years of age without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not track or monitor the behaviour of children or target advertising at them. If you think a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Storage and transfers outside India
Your personal data may be stored on servers or cloud services run by our service providers, and these may be in India or in other countries. If your data is transferred outside India, we do so only as the law permits and we require the recipient to protect it in line with this Policy.
13. Third-party links
The Website may link to or embed websites and services run by others, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Please read their privacy policies before you give them any personal data.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may, after first using this process, complain to the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act allows.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we post it on the Website with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will tell you, for example by a notice on the Website or by email, and we will ask for your consent again where the law requires.
